Black Girls Rock!!!!!

Black Girls Rock is one of my favorite award shows. Black Girls Rock is also a non profit group as well, Hoping to create a positive awareness for African American women.They could not have made anything more positive and I wish they had this when I was younger. It was amazing to see women who looked like me that were literally changing the world. It would be great if this could some how turn into a spin off of a series or something were we could see more positive black American women other than black history month, but oh it was only a thought. This years was defiantly a must see show. IT ROCKED

I Dont Think You Ready For This Jelly!

Have you  learned to accept your deerier. I remember looking in the mirror and wanting to have more but to fill my jeans and now I have more junk than I can carry. I have noticed with my body my weight fluctuates up and down but my but hardly goes anywhere. The older I get the harder I see it is for me to obtain muscle but I will keep working towards it .Although I can afford to loose some of my junk I can truly say Iam happy in my body. Traci Ellis Ross mentioned in a interview how she had been fighting with her body and she made peace and accepted her body which I might add is banging. So lady's if this is you apprecite your dereon and love the body your in and strut in confidence.

Product Junky : Want to Tame Frizz

Would you like to tame your frizz while smelling cho-co-lat all at the same time. This product  is close to Heaven and I'm tempted to try the whole line .I have tried the blow out cream and it leaves my hair flawless. When I use this product I don't have to use as much heat to achieve my desired straightness. I'm personally not a fan of Carols Daughter products because they didn't really work for me when I was relaxed ,but this is a must try.
